Terms of Service

Luneri is a research and analysis platform that provides:

• Structured, evidence-graded compound dossiers drawn from published clinical literature
• A bloodwork analysis tool that cross-references flagged biomarkers against compound research data
• Compound comparison and protocol-building tools

The Platform is provided for informational and educational purposes only. It is not a medical service, diagnostic tool, or treatment provider. See Section 5 for the full medical disclaimer.

Registration. Certain features require an account. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

Security. You must safeguard your password and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses resulting from your failure to protect your credentials.

Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By registering, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Termination. You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

You agree not to:

• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform or its infrastructure
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically download Platform content without written permission
• Upload malicious files, malware, or files that exceed reasonable size limits
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute Platform content without authorization
• Upload or submit bloodwork data belonging to another person without their explicit consent
• Misrepresent the Platform's evidence grades or research content in any public communication

This is the most important section of these Terms. Please read it carefully.

The Platform provides research summaries and evidence-graded data from published scientific literature. This content is strictly educational and does not constitute:

• Medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
• A recommendation to start, stop, or modify any medication, supplement, or health protocol
• A substitute for consultation with a qualified healthcare professional

Evidence grades (A, B, C, D, X) represent the quality of the underlying research - not clinical recommendations. A Grade A effect means the evidence is strong; it does not mean the intervention is appropriate for you.

Individual responses to compounds vary significantly based on genetics, existing conditions, medications, and other factors not captured by population-level research. A compound shown to lower LDL in clinical trials may have no effect or adverse effects in your specific case.

Always consult a licensed physician, pharmacist, or other qualified healthcare professional before making any changes to your health regimen. The Platform is a research tool, not a clinician.

We expressly disclaim all liability for any health outcomes, adverse effects, or decisions made based on content provided by this Platform. Use this information to inform conversations with your healthcare providers - not to replace them.

The bloodwork analysis feature parses supported uploads locally in the browser, routes the extracted rows through a user review step, and then uses a deterministic analysis engine to cross-reference confirmed values against our compound research database.

Accuracy. Local document parsing and OCR are imperfect. Values extracted from uploaded PDFs or images may contain errors. Always verify extracted values against your original lab results before confirming the review step or interpreting the analysis output.

Scope. The analysis engine can only cross-reference biomarkers present in our database. Biomarkers not in our registry will be flagged as unmatched and will not produce recommendations.

Not diagnostic. The analysis output is a research summary, not a clinical interpretation of your bloodwork. Your physician's interpretation takes precedence over anything this tool produces.

All Platform content - including compound dossiers, evidence grades, analysis engine logic, design assets, and software - is owned by Luneri Health or licensed to us and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include:

• The right to reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Platform content
• The right to use Platform content in any commercial product or service
• Any ownership interest in the underlying research curation work

The underlying published scientific studies referenced on the Platform remain the property of their respective publishers and authors.

Certain features require a paid subscription. Subscription terms, pricing, and billing frequency are displayed at the time of purchase and on the pricing page.

Cancellation. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer partial-period refunds unless required by applicable law.

Free trial. Where offered, a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand.

Price changes. We may modify subscription prices with 30 days' notice to registered users. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Platform will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free
• Research content is complete, current, or free of inaccuracies
• upload parsing or analysis outputs are accurate or appropriate for any particular user
• The Platform is free of viruses or other harmful components

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luneri Health and its owners, employees, and contractors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Health outcomes or adverse effects resulting from decisions informed by Platform content
• Loss of data, revenue, or profits
• Any reliance on upload parsing or analysis output

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration on an individual basis, not as part of a class action, except where prohibited by law.
